Utsav rock garden resort is an amalgamation of the blending of culture in a new and exciting way that has been fabricated and an excellent opportunity has been made available for the tourists to enjoy the 'Art World' by staying at our resort.

The construction and design of every room is different from one another. Each room is endowed with organic sense without any monotonous look. The Construction materials used to build rooms are locally sourced and eco -friendly materials like mud, mud bricks and wastage pieces of stone, raw stone, timber and waste wood cuttings. Each room breathes its own distinctive features.

The Visitors can surely get a break to experience the variety of regional architecture forms which express aspirations of different culture and sensibilities.

Doom Room

A dome-shaped room, built with bricks, offers a unique experience with its rounded form and echoing acoustics. Living in this circular space provides a special contrast to conventional square rooms. The design, starting from the floor and curving into a complete circle, draws inspiration from the grandeur of Mughal architecture.

Madagi Mane

This room, styled after a traditional North Karnataka "Madagi Mane," features stone walls, wooden pillars, and Warli art depicting nature and animals. Its design naturally regulates temperature, staying warm in winter and cool in summer. Rustic elements like niches, beams, and rafters enhance its traditional charm.

Gujarati Room

A Bhonga room from Gujarat's Kutch region is a circular mud-brick dwelling with a conical roof, naturally cool and adorned with colorful murals reflecting traditional Kutch art. The wooden furniture, flooring, and textiles showcase the region's cultural heritage, offering an authentic experience of Kutch's traditional Bhonga houses and Gujarat's vibrant culture.

Stone Room

The Stone Resort blends sustainable design with artistic expression, featuring walls made from repurposed stone and adorned with Indian modern paintings. Each room offers a private balcony overlooking a peaceful pond, providing a tranquil retreat. This unique combination of eco-conscious architecture and nature makes it the perfect escape for relaxation.

Vault Room

The Vault Room, designed for families, features a vaulted roof inspired by the Toda tribe, crafted with eco-friendly unburnt bricks. The interior is adorned with intricate patterns from Toda garments, creating a space that blends cultural heritage with sustainability, offering a unique and memorable experience for families.
